Hi!

I’m working on the virtuemart extension and I have configured the products in order that the customer has to ask for the price of it, but when the pop-up window to fill in the details shows up, it is too small and it can’t be resized. I need that the window that opens shows all the info to be filled in.
This also happens when clicking on the button “ask a question about this product”. And the other thing is that the button “send question” gets lost in the background of the theme because of the colors I can’t see it..

Hi!

The problems are not solved.

1- When I go the shop, it shows me the category products, there I click on the “ask for price” button and it opens a window on the same page… the field “Please write your question is too small and can’t be resized. And the button “Send question” is gray with white letters and can’t be seen.

2- If I click on a product it takes me to the product file but when I click on the button “Ask for a question” here appears the pop-up window and it’s still too small.

3- The same happens when I click on the button “Ask for price”.

Thank you very much! now it’s ok..

I have a question.. my site has the option “ask for price” on each product… When I go to the shop.. I can see the featured products and the button “ask for price”, but when I click on it from there.. instead of opening a pop-up window, it opens on a new page on the same window.. so the question is.. could it be possible that it opens the pop-up window instead of another window?

and also, when a client asks for price, if he is not logged, he sees the option to “log in” but there is no option to create an account from there.. could you please create that option too?
