Well Yeah i have a valid reason (by my means). On a theme, there was no information, that one of plug-ins needs 256m of ram on server. Also, a hosting server did not told anything about available ram on their middle-cost plan. Now I need to buy almost the most expensive (high-cost) plan for 10x websites, just to use this theme for 1 website… That unfortunately is inacceptable for me. So I will have to buy some different theme with refunds or without. Is this a valid reason?

I really appreciate any help you can provide,
Aleksandrs Krilovs.

Hello,
Would you please provide us the more information about this plugin. Then we can provide you the better solution.

Thanks

That is not our theme problem. Revolution slider is a third party plugin. we use it for theme slider. Memory limit is a WordPress simple setting, You can adjust it yourself and you need not to extra pay to your hosting provider. Please follow the below step or https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Edit your wp-config.php file

Connect to your server through your FTP and open wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

Add this to the very bottom, right before the line that says, “Happy Blogging”:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Edit your PHP.ini file

If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
If your line shows 128M try 256M
memory_limit = 256M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB)

Edit your .htaccess file

If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 256M

Should you not feel comfortable in trying the above methods, or the above did not work for you, you need to talk to your hosting about having them increase your memory limit.

Thanks

That’s the problem.

Should you not feel comfortable in trying the above methods, or the above did not work for you, you need to talk to your hosting about having them increase your memory limit.

I already tried to edit PHP file, but it did not helped. Then i contacted hosting service, and they told me, that their optimal plan for 5 websites, has a limit on server with 128mb. To make it 256mb i have to take expensive plan for 10 websites. That does not fit me. That can’t be “not our problem” – you are using this plugin in your complete theme solution. You could choose anything else. Also – there were no requirements for server. How should I know, that one of the plugins you are using in your theme will need such server resources? You are selling Theme as a complete solution, with all the needed plug-ins, so you are responsible for all the content. Plug-ins included.
